Our Story

The passion for agriculture has belonged to the Nencioni family for generations.

The family-run Poggio a 'Monti farm was established in the heart of the Tuscan Chianti hills around 1970.

Specializing immediately in the cultivation of vines and olives, the farm stands out for the transformation in its cellars of its own grapes only.

The same passion for quality that derives from the control of the transformation led in 2003 to the creation of a company oil mill, which is also placed at the service of other companies in the area.

Since the 1970s the company has constantly expanded to the current consistency of about 18 hectares of vineyards with the prevalent Chianti DOCG denomination, and about 4000 olive trees with typical varieties of the Tuscan hills such as: leccino del corno, frantoio, moraiolo.
